TINKL.

Terms of Service

Version 2026-10-22 · Lucas Thompson · Contact: info@techguruofficial.us

1. The service

TINKL. (“the app”) helps you track your pets’ care. Core features work on your device without an account. Optional online features — accounts, cloud backup and push notifications — are provided by Lucas Thompson (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using online features you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

2. Not veterinary advice

TINKL. is an informational tool. Insights, the Health Radar, breed weight comparisons, reminders and vaccination schedules are general aids based on the information you enter; they are not a diagnosis, veterinary medical advice or a substitute for a veterinarian. Always consult a qualified veterinarian about your pet’s health. In an emergency, contact your vet or an emergency animal hospital immediately. Do not delay or ignore professional advice because of something in the app.

3. Your account

You must provide an accurate email address, keep your password confidential and be responsible for activity under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live (and at least 13, or 16 in the EEA/UK). You can delete your account at any time in the app.

4. Your data

You own the data you enter. You grant us a limited licence to store and process it solely to provide the service to you (for example, hosting your cloud backup). We do not sell your data. See the Privacy Policy for details. Please keep your own copy: use Export regularly — cloud backup is a convenience, not a guaranteed archive.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no attempting to access other users’ data, probing or disrupting the service, automated abuse beyond normal use, uploading unlawful content, or using the service to harm others. We may rate-limit, suspend or terminate accounts that do.

6. Sharing (Vet Pass)

A Vet Pass link contains the shared report. Anyone with the link can view it. You are responsible for deciding who receives it.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change or discontinue features, with reasonable notice where practical.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the service, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim (or USD 50 if you paid nothing). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including consumer rights where you live.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms. On termination your cloud data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by State of Montana, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, subject to any mandatory consumer protections where you live.

11. Changes to these Terms

If we make a meaningful change we will update the version above and may ask you to accept it again.
